• Member publications must be subscription-based email newsletters.
• Ad Barter Network reserves the right to terminate membership of any member who does not abide by these terms and conditions, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
• All members agree to report truthful subscriber numbers and issue dates.
• Members agree to email Ad Barter Network every publication which contains an Ad Barter Network ad.
• Members agree to abide by and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Ad Barter Network membership. These Terms and Conditions may change without notice to members.
• Ad Barter Network retains ownership and all rights to the Ad Barter Network name, logo, website, reports, statistics, and all other Ad Barter Network proprietary material.
• Members agree that their publication information (e.g. name, email address, statistics, subscription numbers) may be utilized by Ad Barter Network For example, Ad Barter Network! may list members in the Membership Directory and may share publication information with Ad Barter Network sponsors.
• Members agree to utilize the services of Ad Barter Network at their own risk. Neither Ad Barter Network, its employees or owners can be held liable for damages or any other consequences that may occur from use of the services of Ad Barter Network
• Ad Barter Network membership can be terminated only by giving 30 days' notice to the administrator(s) of the Ad Barter Network program.
